Some random photos I just got back from the winter so far, and our trip to Austin for SXSW. We decided to drive, which led to a weird cult site, shooting shotguns at sunrise, good bands, great times with friends, and an awkward stay in El Paso to see The Drowning Men.

Three weeks since, 12 rolls later. Unbeknownst to me a standard trip to visit family on the Jersey Shore would put me in the middle of the worst storm to hit the area ever(not sure if “ever” is the correct word). These photos are from Point Pleasant Beach and Bay Head; hard hit places, but unfortunately only represent a small portion of what really happened during the storm. It’s hard to see places you grew up destroyed by the ocean, it’s hard to see people without anything left, it’s also hard to stand there and take pictures of it all as it happens around you, but it was the only thing that felt normal during the whole ordeal. Hopefully these pictures do it justice.
